This is not a official Jelly Bean update for GS2, You can install this ROM if you have Rooted your device.
Now Samsung Galaxy S 2 users can taste Jelly Bean. Yes, Jelly Bean custom ROM called Rainbox 4.1.2 based ROM available for Galaxy S 2 (GT I9100). This article help you to flash this ROM on your GS2.
PLEASE DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Once you root your device, warranty of your device will be void. Also I’m not responsible to whatever happens to your device.
Step 1: Root your device
You can skip this step, if your device is already Rooted. You can check whether your device is already Rooted or not by installing “Root Checker” app from Google Play.

SMS – Use “SMS Backup and Restore app
Contacts – Sync with your Google Account
Call Log – Use “Call Log Backup and Restore
Backup your media files from your Internal memory
APN Settings – Use “APN Backup and Restore
Step 3: USB debugging mode and Battery
Make sure that you have enabled USB debugging. You can check it in “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”. Make sure you have enough battery to flash ROM(>80% is recommended)
Step 4: Download ROM
Download Rianbox ROM V8.2 from here. Once you downloaded, place the zip file in your Internal Memory of your GS2.
Step 5: Enter Recovery Mode
Press and hold Volume up button + Home button + Power button together. If your device starts normally then do it again.
Step 6: Flash Custom ROM
In recovery mode, select “Wipe data/factory reset” & “Wipe Cache partition”. Now, select “install zip from SD Card” in the recovery mode to choose the zip file which you have placed in your device. It might take more than 5 min to update successfully. Reboot your device once installation successful. Factory Reset after first Boot is recommended.
